Per the call, hot and urgent lead alerts should go by SMS for immediate visibility, with urgent leads tagged for immediate follow-up. Update the notification steps (2.4 escalation plus intake and booking notifies) to SMS to Samira. Requires her cell number (client task).
Definition of Done: A high-value or urgent test lead sends an SMS alert to the Samira phone (received) with the urgent tag applied.
